My passion is cooking. I've always loved smelling food and learning about how to make different dishes. I love discovering how many teaspoons are needed to make things taste really delicious. I spend most of my days on Pinterest exploring different types of foods and desserts. I find it very interesting to learn how some ingredients can make a dish taste so good. I was also very intrigued to learn that there are many people that cook for a living. I think that is incredible.
I now know that when I cook, it is not just a plate with food, it is a plate made with dedicated work. I love to cook for my family and friends. Overtime, I have gotten better but Campus NYC Culinary Arts Program will truly help me develop new cooking skills. I am excited to learn how to cook a full meal along with other teens with the help of professionals. Developing such skills can help me prepare for a future potential career as a chef.
Josiann will be an amazing addition to Campus NYC Culinary Arts Program. Josiann loves learning new things, and helping others. Josiann is patient, dedicated and she perseveres when times are tough! In fact, she won the perseverance award at her 8th grade graduation. I know that Josiann will truly appreciate these culinary skills and will use them in her personal life and her future professional goals.
