I attended a class at Parsons The New School. I really enjoyed the experience. It was very different and new. I have taken summer fashion classes over the years but nothing like this. At Parsons, I met some amazing people, such as some amazing classmates. I build a real connection and friendship with some people. Also, the teacher I had the for two weeks was very outgoing and fun. His feedback helped a lot and he was very interactive with each student. Not only was the class enjoyable, but it was also a lot of hard work. It was very balanced. Some valuable lessons learned at Parsons were I need to trust myself and trust my work. Even though I have doubts or concerns about certain things, I should remain confident about work I have done. I also learned to let go and have fun and not be so tense. I really enjoyed Parsons because they teach you that even though it's school you are able to have fun as long as you keep working hard and putting in your hundred percent effort.

This summer I have the chance to attend a summer fashion class at Parsons The New School. I am very excited to have an opportunity to attend a class that I will cherish this summer. My passion has always been fashion, and with the help of Wishbone and donors I can make this summer very fun and educational. I am very excited for this new experience. This summer I am looking forward to meeting new people who have the same love and passion for fashion as me. I am also excited to see Parsons and be in that environment. I am also excited to learn new things about fashion that I haven't learned prior to attending Parsons.
