My passion is culinary arts.
It started as a hobby. I would make food at my house just because, but as I kept making little stuff, like sandwiches or chicken, it came out kind of good. So I started thinking, "what if I learned more?" If I knew the dos and don'ts about cooking, then I could take my hobby to a whole new level.
Going to Su La Table will greatly increase my knowledge about cooking and help me make this hobby of mine into something bigger, better and tastier.
Mario is an enthusiastic and excellent student! He absorbs anything I put in front of him. He always participates and goes beyond expectations. He helps other students improve their understanding as well. I know he will apply this dedication and passion to the Sur La Table program.
I am ready to go and I cannot wait! Thanks to you guys I will be able to attend this summer program, it's going to be so awesome! I really am grateful to you all. This summer is going to be great. This will help me get one more step closer to be who i want to be.
