I am so excited to attend Summer@Brown! I look forward to meeting new people but I'm also afraid of not making many friends. I hope my class will be as interesting as it sounds, because I spent a lot of time selecting that specific course. I hope that the people in my class will be as passionate about learning as I am so that class will be more engaging and we'll have more to talk about. I also hope my professor is nice and that I'll be able to stay in contact with him/her after the program ends. Overall, I'm both very excited and nervous for the program to begin.

Summer@Brown was an amazing experience. I got to meet so many people from all over American and even across the world. My favorite part of this program was the class itself. I learned so much about radical social movements of the late 20th century! We created posters, watched videos, and read documents about earlier forms of activism. I also loved the weekend trips that were organized. We were able to tour Rhode Island and experience life outside of campus. I especially enjoyed the freedom that we had at Summer@Brown and I feel like this really did give me a sense of what college will be like.
