Jamar's Story

My passion is business.

I discovered my passion for business when I realized how good I was at school fundraisers. I have always enjoyed volunteering or helping to raise money, and through the years I have created some tips for success. I started looking into business management and finance and was immediately interested in the information. I realized I needed to learn more, and get a better background on what it would be like to major in business in college.

Attending the Blueprint Summer at Lehigh will help me pursue my business degree. I have always been taught that if you want something, you must work hard for it. I want a better education and to be better prepared for the business world, so I am willing to work hard for it. I know that this program will give me an opportunity to learn new skills, network, and create goals for my future as a businessman. I hope that I can bring this information back to my community and share it as well.
