My passion is exploring the world.
As I've gotten older, I've started to focus on finding the truth. This program would help start my adventure towards finding out the truth about the world. I will develop my passion by attending Youth LEAD All Abilities Adventure Camp because it will boost my confidence and independence. Additionally, all of the adventures that I will take part in will help me develop my leadership skills.
"Kaila has faced much adversity in her life, yet she is the student who stands at the door at the beginning or end of class and says, "Have a beautiful day!" She is the student who goes home and cares for her siblings by cooking meals, doing their laundry, and putting them to bed at night. She always has her homework and arrives to class ready to learn.
Kaila wants this opportunity. She explained to me that her family doesn't ever go camping or spend time outside. She is very excited about experiencing adventure in a natural setting. With as many responsibilities that she has each day, I think this would be a great opportunity for her to have a life changing experience that is all her own."
I am so happy to have gotten selected to partake in this summer camp. This summer program will help me further my independence and leadership skills. I am super excited to explore the outdoors. During this program, I'm super excited about being able to go kayaking and rafting and sleep underneath the stars every night. I'm so grateful to be doing something like this because it gives me a chance to do something out of my comfort zone and allows me to further my knowledge about the great outdoors. I absolutely believe that this summer camp is going to be extraordinary and can't wait to attend. Thank you all so much for caring and showing so much generosity .
