My passion is art.
When I was in the fifth grade, I drew a picture of trees and mountains for my teacher. That is when I realized I had a passion for art. Now, I take my art very seriously. Art is deeper than what one actually sees on paper or canvas. Two or more people may look at the same art and each one will see something different and it will have a different meaning.
Attending Creative Arts Workshop will expose me to a variety of different art forms. I will hopefully develop new skills and techniques that will enhance the style of art I am known for. Perhaps I will also be able to help someone else enhance their passion for art through teaching.
Casey advocates for her personal growth and development as an artist on a daily basis, which is quite refreshing! She has a thirst to learn how to use visual arts as a means of deep self-expression and to continue to pursue art as she furthers her education.
Casey is hardworking and independent and is always open to suggestions and critiques to help her achieve her goals. I feel that the Creative Arts Workshop would be an amazing experience for this young woman, who is very driven and creative.
