A Note from Mr. Weiner, Lester's Teacher

I think US Sports Nike Basketball Camp will be extremely positive for Lester from a health, well-being, and confidence perspective. Eating healthy and getting regular exercise is something that Lester has made a priority of this year, and so I know that he would have a strong motivation to participate fully and eagerly in this camp. I'm impressed that he would put himself out there for a program like this, as I think building his self-image as someone who's healthy, active, and athletic is an important but recent transition that Lester's started to make. And socially, Lester is always a genuinely positive force among his peers. He's kind, gracious, and respectful, and would contribute to a camp environment of positivity and generosity that's critical to playing good basketball.
