A Note from Mr. Davis, Oscar's Teacher

Oscar has played on a soccer team since he was in the ninth grade. Oscar is very hard working on the field, as well as, in the classroom. He has good speed, good touch and great vision. He is not the typical player who waits for the ball to be magically dropped at his feet. Instead he hustles to make good runs, checks back in with the midfield to create space on the field, and always helps defensively. Oscar is a fantastic young man who understands that there is more to soccer than winning, there is hard work, teamwork, unity, integrity, etc., that are all just as important as the score at the end of the game.
