My passion is basketball.
I discovered my passion when I saw NBA players playing basketball on the court and I told my self that I wanted to do that when I grow up. When I was younger, I wasn't very good at basketball, but I wanted to get better. Since then, I have been practicing everyday to try to become the basketball player I know I can be.
Dante is the perfect candidate for US Sports Nike Basketball Camps because he has a strong passion for basketball and a strong motivation to improve his skills. As a student, Dante has a lot of energy in the classroom, so he will benefit by being able to channel that energy into the US Sports Nike Basketball Camps over the summer. At this camp, Dante will be able to build his basketball skills so that he will be prepared to make the school's basketball team next fall. Dante works well with others and always has a positive frame of mind. He is consistently smiling, and his humor is a quality that both staff and students admire about him. His personality will allow him to be a leader on the court and with his peers at camp.
I am really excited for this camp because I am looking forward to experiencing things that I never knew before, nor have I put into my skills. I'm excited to have fun and try something new because I have never done this before.
