My passion is musical theater.
Musical theater is a something that is very dear to me. When I was in middle school I was the shyest person you would meet. One day my class was doing Oliver!and and my teacher picked me to be Nancy and at first i was really scared and nervous but overtime with the help from my cast mates I opened up myself and became more outgoing and was no longer the shyest student in the class. I became a theater nerd who loved to sing and belt out random Broadway tunes around friends. I became someone who loved going to the theater to see plays or musicals because it was a passion that I had built over the years and one that I now love deeply. Musical theater and acting is something that is part of my life and that defines a part of who I am.
Alejandra is the perfect candidate for US Performing Arts Musical Theater because a girl like her is rarely seen these days. She is so down to earth and likes to observe her surroundings she's so open about things and for a girl her age she is very mature about things. Alejandra has gone through a big challenge in her life recently with her family. I won't disclose what it was but the courage she had to fight through was very strong. This girl needs some motivation and she needs to meet new challenges. She has such a huge heart and is willing to put others before her, but she needs to learn to shine through. She is the perfect candidate for this program without a doubt.
This was one of the best summers ever. And it's all thanks to wishbone thank you so much! I made so many friends who I still keep in touch with today . It was awsome making friends with people who have the exact same interest and learning so many new thing that helped improve my acthing and singing abilitys and the teachers there taught me so much!
I am going to participate in the us performing arts musical theater program at Georgetown university Washington DC this summer. I'm really excited to be attending, but before I attend I need to buy the supplies I need. So I just bought my suitcase because I am staying over night. So for right now I'm just getting my supplies in order so I can be prepared.
