I attended to the "Techniques in DNA Biotechnology" course at Brown University. This course was very intense and a wake-up to reality of the real college classes students take after high school, and I thought I was not going to make it through in the very beginning. But, I proved myself wrong, and I felt determined to prepare myself for college and to understand the lessons being taught-- through this attitude of mine, I put in the effort in the course, asking questions, staying extra hours, being tutored by the professor, and studying with friends in the dorm.This is why I would recommend Wishbone students who are attending a summer program this year to take it, because the experienced I gained living on campus and taking a college course will make you feel stronger and more prepared to be a college student. It will be a great experience not only for the courses you take but the also for the great experience you will enjoy and the amazing friends you'll meet on campus.
