My passion is biology.
I discovered my passion for biology in the seventh grade, in the science class I had taken that year. Biology does not only help us learn about the environment around us, it also helps us have a better understanding on causes of disease, finding treatment for diseases, understanding different function of organisms. I believe that the study of biology is really important, without the study of biology we would not know how we are here today.
Attending the Centenary Summer Scholars program will help me explore and expand my knowledge of biology. Biology has also attracted me to the medical field, attending this program with help me have a clear understanding on what I have planned for my future.
Attending a program like this one is an opportunity that Tasnia would not otherwise experience. She is sweet, polite, and attentive. I think this experience would help her understand exactly what she needs to be working hard for.
I am very excited to attend this program. I will attend this program from July 23 to 26, 2017. Over the six days, I will study Pre-Med/ AP Biology. Thank you for all the donations and help throughout my campaign with your help I would not be able to attend this program. I am truly thankful and I know this will be a great opportunity for me.
