Madison's Story

My passion is basketball.

When I was growing up, everyone in my household played basketball except for me. I was the soccer player. I've been around basketball my whole life; just never bothered to try it because I thought I would hate it.

I started playing basketball in eighth grade, which wasn't exactly my choice -- my mom actually forced me to go to a basketball tryout with my little sister. I didn't want to go but I'm so happy she made me! Since then, my love for the game of basketball has grown stronger and stronger every day. I'm in the gym every day, working hard and becoming a better, more versatile basketball player.

A Note from Mrs. Ojeda, Madison's Counselor

Madison is an excellent candidate for the PGC Essentials Camp. She is a dedicated and highly skilled basketball player who would really benefit from being able to develop her skills even further. Madison is responsible and a well-rounded young woman who would excel at the PGC Essentials Camp.

Pre-Attendence Update from Madison

This summer, I am going to attend the PGC Basketball Camp. I am really excited to attend this program because it will teach and guide me to become a better basketball player. I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with some of the best basketball coaches in the United States. This only brings me one step closer to becoming the player I want to become and fulfilling my dream in playing college basketball! Thank you so much wishbone and donors!
