My passion is baking.
This first became my passion after I went to one of my friend's birthday parties, where we baked our own cupcakes and then decorated them. This encouraged me to watch the Cooking Channel and Food Network, things that other kids probably wouldn't watch at such a young age. Now, I love trying new recipes for both cooking and baking.
I will develop my passion by attending Culinary Cooking Camp because I will lean new ways to cook things, as well as interesting tips and tricks. I plan to pay attention in class and then practice preparing the new dishes at home. This will provide me with additional cooking experience, therefore, I will be more inspired to try new things.
"Lisbeth is extremely motivated in class--she is always seeking to learn and improve upon what she already knows. Lisbeth is very passionate about helping her peers as well. She is a great partner for those who sit around her in class, and puts just as much effort into making sure they understand as she does into doing her own work. She is a great example for students and teachers alike.
Lisbeth is a good candidate for the Culinary Cooking Camp for Teens because she's a wonderful mix of joy and focus. I know that if given the chance to pursue her passion, she will be a wonderful student at the camp as well as example for all those who are on the cusp of giving up on their dreams. She is a great representative for Wishbone: a person who knows what she wants and understands the hard work needed to accomplish it."
