My passion is basketball.
"Pick up the ball Martha, you can do it!" my mother would say to me every time I would pick up that round, orange ball. The passion that I have for this certain sport I can hardly explain.
What encouraged me to continue this sport was my mother. When she was about my age, she was the best player in the state of Connecticut. She received many college letters from Division 1 colleges but unfortunately got an ankle injury in a soccer game, which she described as "The Worst Day of Her Life." Since that happened, I've always felt as if it was my destiny to become the best basketball player that I can be.
Martha has a serious passion for basketball, as evident through her essay! She is very goal-oriented and will work her hardest to accomplish her goals. This drive combined with her intense passion makes her an excellent candidate for PGC Essentials Camp. She will make the most of this opportunity and will truly appreciate it.
PGC WAS THE BEST THING HAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO ME I WANT TO GO BACK SO BAD!!!! I DIDNT WANT TO LEAVE!! PGC IS THE BEST BASKETBALL CANP IN THE WHOLE WORLD!!! Hello,
I am going to be attending the PGC Essentials Camp this summer. I am so excited! I have been preparing for the camp by working on my game everyday so when the challenge comes I will be ready. I am so grateful for this experience I can not believe this is happening. I just wanted to thank the Wishbone Association for making this possible for me and I know this will help me a lot with becoming the best student-athlete that I can be. Also, this will be a great experience for me as well as going to a sleep away camp which can help me what college will be like as well.
