My passion is photography.
I discovered my passion for photography when I was twelve years old. I was with my cousins at the beach one afternoon, and I loved the scenery. I started to take pictures of the beach and ever since then I have been taking pictures.
Attending Academy of Art Summer Pre-College Art Experience will help me pursue my passion for photography because it will help me take professional pictures while I still having fun. This is who I am and it would be a dream come true if I can attend the program.
Kristy takes a large quantity of photos in her free times and is now interested in how to enhance the quality. Kristy knows there is so much more to photography than she has taught herself, but doesn't even know where to begin! This program would be an incredible guide for her, as well as an inspiration to further her passion. Furthermore, Kristy is excited for a new challenge for the summer that is not related to core academic curriculum.
My experience at the Academy of Arts was amazing. I got to meet people who come from different states and I made friends with them. I really loved going to the program because I learned a lot about how I can improve my photography skills. I really loved going to the program because I would walk in Union Square which is the heart of San Francisco. I started to go there often because it was nice to hang out there with my friend and take pictures with her. Overall, it was an amazing experience and it helped me a lot on not only improving in my photography, but also on my time management skills and it helped me get out of my comfort zone. I really enjoyed the program and honestly I would do it again.
This summer I will be participating at the Academy of Arts in San Francisco. I am really excited to go to this academy because I don't take any art programs at my school that has to do with photography or painting. I am looking forward to making new friends and working with people around my age. I chose this program because I have always loved art and I want to do something fun this summer.
