For my summer Wishbone program, I attended a program called Centenary Summer Scholars, where I received the opportunity to live on a college campus. Also this program led me to experience an actual college level course class that will help enhance my future career. Being on this campus taught me what it meant to have roommates and be prepared for my actual college experience. I really can't thank you enough for this experience.

I am going to be participating in an AP Biology class this summer to help me be more advanced towards my future as a pediatrician. Through this course, I hope to explore more information relating to science and how I can use this into my everyday life as a pediatric. The reason that I have chosen Centenary College is because I've wanted to receive the full view of living on campus and how similar it is to being in an actual college. Also, although my school has AP courses opportunities, I feel as though it was better for me to advance my knowledge in a college setting to capture the real nature within it.
This summer I am looking forward to using the skills I already know about Biology and advancing it on a harder level. Through this course, I am ready to explore more information regarding Biology on a deeper level. Also I am looking forward in working with new people who are around my age, and sharing new ideas with them. I have chosen this program because I love science and one day I am aiming to be a pediatrician in order to make a difference in society, for many children in need.
