My passion is coding.
Coding has been with me ever since I was a child. Although I could not afford a nice computer, a friend of mine gave me his when I was ten years old and from then, I just learned more and more about the computers. A year later, I had already sold my first program to a gaming company who used the program in their game. With the money I got from that program, I bought a newer computer and focused on learning more about Java and its counterpart, Javascript (used for web). My passion for coding helped me boost my confidence in going to school and made me a better human in general.
Agron is a perfect candidate for iD Tech camp. This program is extremely reputable and has been providing amazing experiences for tech interested students with the late 90s. Additionally, because so many fine universities are found within a couple hours’ drive of Norwalk, he may have the opportunity to visit or room at one of these amazing institutions. This builds lasting motivation, urging Agron to continue down his chosen path. He will spend a week building practice STEM and 21st century skills and enhancing his tech tool-set.
Attending the iD Tech camp this week was the best thing that has happened to me. It is a little hard to explain but finally being able to connect with others that share the same passion as I do... It was awesome. It was like we all were bonded together. No one was left out. The Java course attached was super helpful and we all learned things we were interested in. If someone was confused, we all stepped in and helped out. The staff was amazing at handling all sorts of things. I was able to win the Rocket League tournament and got a nice trophy with that. We had a project we got done within the last two days. Although we were pushed to time, we all managed to code really nice projects within two days. That left us with a barebones structure of the program we will continue to work on outside of camp. I loved it. Thank you to everyone who supported me for this journey. This is a journey I will never ever forget. I made some new friends that share the same path as I have chosen. I appreciate all the support all of you have given to me. I will not forget the memories made on this journey.
I am going to be attending the ID Tech Camp in the summer at Fairfield University over the summer. I am super excited because I get to learn more about programming and continue my journey through the tech era. Going to this program will also help me meet other students who are interested in technology/programming the same way I am. I chose this program because of how technology is growing. Programming has been my passion ever since a child and I look forward to attending the program. Thank you again for this wonderful opportunity.
We heard from your teacher that you are very special and are going to do great things with your life.
