My passion is art.
I discovered my passion for drawing when I was in elementary school. It started off as something I would do when I would get bored. Eventually, I started to take things more seriously. And so, when I went into my room, I would draw a lot of characters from my favorite cartoons until I was exhausted. In my freshman year, I attended an art class, which was really exciting for me since I knew it would not be like those I enrolled in my previous schools. Around this time my passion for drawing and art in general was already at its peak. I have always craved to create more things while anticipating the finished product.
Rodolfo is one of the most mature and dedicated students I have ever encountered. He takes risks to share his voice with our school community and is caring towards all of his peers. I think Academy of Art Summer Pre-College Art Experience will allow him to be in a space in which art is the most important medium and a very academic one at that. He hasn't had a true chance to be around other artists or have his skills really pushed to the next level. He will be respectful and kind at all times and will remember this opportunity for the rest of his life.
I would first like to start off by thanking everyone for helping me achieve this goal of mine and taking a step further in my future career! I had an amazing time at the Academy of Art University and being surrounded by those who share the very same passion as I do which helped me grow as an artist! This couldn't have been possible if I didn't have the support from you all and wishbone! I will actually be going back in the fall for another semester, wish me luck! Again, thank you
Hello everyone! I am going to be attending the Academy of Art pre-college experience in San Francisco this summer and I couldn't be more excited. Taking time out of my summer to put towards something that I have always loved to do will help me hone my skills in drawing, painting, and learn new skills such as animating. I am excited to see whether I want to pursue something relating to art in future and maybe work for companies like Pixar or Disney. Moreover, I look forward to going to San Francisco for a good amount of time, when I am not in my classes, and be inspired by the people and sights I see.
