I discovered my passion for baseball when I was about 8 years old. I noticed it was my passion because my parents put me into baseball and I was actually really happy and into the sport. Ever since that year of baseball, I was really engaged in the sport. Till this day, I am still fascinated by the game. I am currently playing for my high school. What love about playing in my school is that our baseball facility focuses more on being a STUDENT-athlete then the other way around. I am truly thankful for that because it shows me how, without grades, I can't do as much as if I had the grades and passion.
Attending the US Sports Nike Baseball Camp will help me follow my passion for the sport. I believe that it will also help me improve a lot and get more colleges and camps will want to look at me.
Jamie is an ideal candidate for US Sports Nike Baseball Camp because of his love of the sport. He is determined to improve his skill and looks forward to an opportunity to be challenged on the field. He will benefit from this program because of the opportunities for networking. Jamie knows that he will be the first in his family to graduate from college, but he also wants to be the first to play college baseball. This camp will help hone his skills and give him an opportunity to be seen by coaches and scouts.
