Omar's Story

My passion is basketball. Ever since I was in the 8th grade, I really loved playing basketball. I've always been pretty good, and really want to have the opportunity to show what I can do as well as continue to improve. When I play basketball, I play with pride, and try to enjoy the game despite winning or losing. I fell in love with the game, and can be pretty competitive when it comes to playing.

Attending US Sports Nike Basketball Camps will allow me to improve my skills, as well as meeting new people and making new friends who share the same love for the sport of basketball as I do.

Omar is a good candidate for the basketball camp because he has a deep passion for the sport and he is very coachable. Omar craves mentorship, and the support he would get from the camp would help him with his confidence and self-esteem. This Nike camp will help Omar on and off the basketball court.

My review in basketball camp

In the first day I was a bit nevrous because I didn't know anyone and I thought I wasn't going to make any friends. So in the first day I was getting taught the basic stuff like dribbles passing ND playmaking games . The second day I was tiered but still try my best to get more better ND we did the same for 4 days ND at the end we play games and played our plays of the coaches gave us. But in the end it was the best thing to happen and I really improve and now Ik what let down I have ND what I need to improve ND get better at the sports I love.

My excitement for the Nike basketball camp.

I feel very excited to join the Nike basketball camp. I have been waiting to see what we’re going to do in the camp. I want to know how they will teach me. I just feel so happy that I have a chance to join a basketball camp, especially coming from Nike. I would like to make some friends and see people who have the same passion in the sport I love.
