A Note from Mr. Womack, jason's Mentor

It is so nice to write about an individual who is bright-eyed and enthusiastic about learning. When I think of Jason, the words conscientious and motivated come to mind. He is the epitome of the above mentioned and overall, the best of what we look for in today’s youth. Jason is respectful, involved and concerned. Whether it is diversity issues, academics, or extra-curricular activities, Jason approaches every item with an intensity and devotion that is second to none. Jason is a well-balanced individual. His extra-curricular activities include Varsity Baseball, Football and several travel teams where he has received many accolades. I refer to Jason as a positive “go getter." He always brings a high level of energy and enthusiasm to school and life. Jason is taking all the necessary steps to prepare himself for college academically, socially and athletically. I strongly believe his maturity, intelligence, good judgment and ability to lead others will enable him to fully benefit, learn and achieve during his participation at the US Sports Nike Baseball Camps. In my opinion, Jason has unlimited potential and will flourish with the resources and support from the summer program at Ithaca. Honestly, Jason is a "Winner." He is an individual who will take full advantage of any opportunity.
