Jeda's Story

My passion is running.

I first discovered my passion for running was when I was at field day in second grade. I ran so fast that the teachers couldn't believe it. Since this day, I have loved running. Attending the US Sports Nike Cross Country Camps will help me pursue my passion for running and build up my self confidence in order to help me achieve my goal of making the U.S. Olympic team in 2020.

A Note from Mrs. Pacquette-Emmanuel, Jeda's Teacher

Jeda is a very diligent and hardworking student. She is passionate about running and Jeda does not give up easily when presented with a challenge. She consistently seeks out new opportunities to participate in events and engagements with the cross country team at school. The skills that Jeda will obtain from this camp will help her prepare physically for cross country in the fall.
