My passion is medicine.
When I was ten I realized that I really wanted to be a doctor. At the age of fourteen I realized that I wanted to be a dermatologist. Now at the age of sixteen I realized that I really want to be a surgeon. The reason I want to do something in the medicine field is because I love to help people and I want to change the world. I want to save lives and make families happy.
I believe that attending Centenary Summer Scholars: Pre-Med, AP Biology will help me explore my passion because I will be taking higher level classes of science. Maybe I'll be able to figure out what career I really want to do in the medical field.
"I believe that students who are highly motivated will gain a great deal from being in a college atmosphere before actually going to college. Kiara will definitely take advantage of the opportunity if she is given it. Her love for learning will allow her to recognize her opportunity and being around like-minded people will further entice her to seek out those who love learning as well."
