Catherine's Story

My passion is cooking.

It was quite hard choosing a career for me since I do have a bizarre mind. For starters, I was always interested in new techniques for food. I always wanted to have more education in cooking but I did not have the privilege of having someone to teach me. In middle school, I took a cooking class and it got me into cooking. Sadly, the semester ended and I did not have any more opportunities since where I live there isn't much help.

Attending Sur La Table Summer Cooking series will help me explore my passion because having a preview of my passion will help me debate whether or not its what I've had in mind for my career.

On the week of my program , I had the best life experience I've had so far. I'm eternally grateful for those who've helped me along the way. I thank you all once again for allowing me to attend Sur La Table. I will forever be grateful and use this opportunity as an advantage in life.

I am thankful to all those who have supported me and helped me real my goal. I am looking forward to this wonderful chance to attend this Sur de La Table program. This opportunity will greatly help me in the future and I cannot wait to attend. Once again, thank you to all those who have supported me up until this moment.
