My passion is football.

I discovered my passion for football in the eighth grade when I joined UYFL, a youth tackle football league. Initially, I was a second string quarterback, but I never gave up and kept on working hard to improve as a player.

During a game, I threw an interception, but instead of being down at myself, I tackled the defender who intercepted my pass. Then, my linebacker coach noticed that I was better off playing as a linebacker because I could tackle and hustle. I enjoyed playing linebacker and became a starter. From this experience, I learned that I can better myself as a player and person by persevering through my disappointments and making them into my strengths.
