My passion is culinary arts.

I discovered my passion for Culinary Arts when I realized I wanted to be able to cook like my parents. Surely, almost everyone thinks that their parents' cooking is the best, but everyone who has ever eaten my parents food loved it. It wasn't until I started to help them around the kitchen, however, that I realized my passion for cooking and baking. Their recognized talent in cooking inspired me to grow and pursue my love for Culinary Arts.

Attending the ICC Pastry Camp for Teens will help me pursue my passion for Culinary Arts as it will create a new environment for me to work in. Working with other people will also give me an opportunity to "compete" with others. Being a competitive person, watching how others do will affect how hard I can push myself.

Ayenaliz is a great candidate for ICC Pastry Camp for Teens because she is hardworking, honest, dedicated, respectful, a team player, and overall one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She is a leader amongst her peers, and she continues to overcome any challenge thrown her way. ICC Pastry Camp will benefit Ayenaliz because it will allow her to obtain good working skills as she is preparing for college and the competitive work force.
