I will be attending the PGC Essentials basketball camp at UC Riverside this summer. I am excited to participate in the program because it is providing me an opportunity to follow one of my passions, basketball. Although I am playing basketball at my high school, there is a lack of opportunities due to funding. I strongly believe this program will allow me to sharpen my skills and knowledge of the game. Not only will this program provide new opportunities that will benefit my game, but it will introduce me to new people. I chose this program because basketball has been one of my passion since I was in middle school. I believe that attending the camp will give me insight to my future in regards to basketball.
