My passion is nursing.
Since I was little I always had a passion for nursing. Although, I have to admit that when I was little I only wanted to become a nurse because I liked the scrubs that they wore. As I grew older, my passion for nursing also grew. My school offered a class, Medical Careers1 for students in the 10th grade, so when I became a sophomore I made sure to take advantage of the chance that I was given. Later, I discovered that my school offered a Medical Careers2 class as well. However, only 16 people out of all 3 medical Careers1 classes could be selected for it. I knew I could make it, so I worked really hard and at the end, all my hard work paid off. I made it into Medical Careers 2. This class once again showed how much I loved nursing. Now I am working hard to become a CNA.
I am confident that Shakhodat would take full advantage of the Wishbone program because she’s dedicated, hard-working, and a team player. Medical Careers 2 is a challenging class, teaching advanced medical related concepts and steps to master various nursing assistant skills. Shakhodat is determined to work hard, study, and practice in order to learn both the theory and practical use of these skills in the nursing lab and at the clinical site. She works well with her peers, is able to problem solve, and will seek out answers and assistance to questions and constructive feedback to improve her skills.
In a clinical environment, I find that Shakhodat is respectful and kind in her interactions with her patients. She puts a smile on their faces and has a confidence in her skills that puts her patients at ease. After observing her in the classroom and clinically, I feel as though her attributes and personality will lead her to a prosperous career in the medical field. I am certain that Shakhodat is going to continue to do great things in her future. I highly recommend her for acceptance into the Wishbone program. I feel as though this can provide her with a great foundation and understanding of a career after high school and college. She is an intelligent, caring, self-directed, and motivated individual. She is a stand-out individual who will impress everyone she meets.
I am incredibly happy to inform you about my acceptance into UCONN's Pre-College Summer Experience program that I will be attending over the summer of 2017. I decided to attend the session on Intro to Human Pathology. Since I am planning on going into medical field I thought this would be great start. I am very excited to learn more about human body, and how different diseases that effect our bodies can be cured. In addition, I believe that participating in this program will help me decide whether or not I want to attend UCONN after high school, as it is one of my top schools.
Best of luck this summer, Shakhodat!
Hope you make it in!!
Your teacher believes in you, so I believe in you! Work hard, goodluck.
Go for your dreams always!!
Good Luck!
Keep following your dreams.... and you will find happiness!
