My passion is journalism.
I discovered my passion for journalism in high school. My goal is to become a journalist and give a voice to those who don't have one in our society. This program is going to give me all the tools I need to succeed in becoming an amazing journalist.
Maryanne has a genuine interest in journalism. She is politically active in the community and I have has many sophisticated conversations with her on a number of recent local, national, and world affairs. This is extraordinary for a student her age. Maryanne will benefit from Wishbone opportunities as long as she can share her personal journey, expand her experiences, and fuel her appetite for journalism.
I am so unbelievably excited to go to my summer program in a few months!
I'm already listing the things I need to pack and thinking about all the journaling opportunities I'll have this summer! I just cannot stop talking about it! And every time I think about how great of a chance this is to further my journalism experience, I think of the people who made it possible. I am extremely grateful for everyone who made my dream come true. Thank you so much for allowing me to pursue my passion!
