A Note from Ms. Theis, Ariel's Teacher

iD Tech Camps New York offers an incredible opportunity to empower Ariel to continue following his dreams of pursuing engineering. He is aware of his passion at this moment, and is fortunate to have an introductory course offered at our high school, but this program will push him that much closer toward envisioning a purpose for working hard in school and then going to college-- he will see that not only is he totally capable of being an engineer one day, but that there are chances to do so despite certain disadvantages he grew up with. Ariel has a ton of potential, and this program will give him continued clarity and affirmation of his preexisting drive. Ariel is also a very relatable and kind young man, and this program will also give him more opportunities to meet other young people and expand his sense of community. He would highly benefit from this program, and I sincerely believe iD Tech Camps New York would benefit from his presence.
