My passion is technology.
I play a lot of video games, and I have always wanted to try to make a video game for myself, but I do not know how. I decided to show interest for game design so I can someday make my own games and become a top video game designer.
Unfortunately, people in my community say I cannot be a game designer because they do not believe that I can achieve this dream. Therefore, I am applying to iD Tech Camps Los Angeles so I can prove people wrong and become a game designer.
This will be a truly meaningful experience for Axel. He has not had the opportunity to participate in a formal summer program such as the iD Tech Camp. This will also be the first time we will be able to formally engage with things related to technology and game design.
He is an avid gamer and hopes to learn the skills to be able to create his own games. The exposure he will gain through the camp to the vast possibilities in the technology field will also strengthen his knowledge and continue to develop his passion.
