Charles's Story

My passion is basketball.

This has been a passion ever since I was a little kid and I started watching basketball. I would watch my brothers and cousin play, which also motivated me to play. Eventually, I played for several teams and grew over the course of the years. I look up to certain people in the NBA and watch college basketball, which have further developed my passion for basketball.

I will develop my passion by attending PGC Essentials Camp because I've always wanted to become better at the way I handle the basketball. I need to learn how to dribble the ball without looking down at the ball. PGC will give me the opportunity to learn from people who handle the ball better than I do since ball handling is one of the hardest things to do in basketball. Soon, I am going to be playing the role of a point guard, and I want to practice this position before my last two years of high school.
