Daniel's Story

My passion is art.

I discovered my passion for art when I was only eight. Art helped me get through the bad days and got me into the habit of practicing, which made me very happy. When I was nine, I started to explore many other types of arts, such as graffiti, anime, and fantasy. Then, I discovered a new type of art, clay animation, and that got my hopes up once again. It felt exciting to get back into art because when I would draw, my mind would go into fantasy mode, where I would get lost and get my creativity juices flowing. Art is my passion and my favorite form of expression.

A Note from Ms. Dilworth, Daniel's Teacher

Daniel is incredibly kind, thoughtful, creative and hard working. He would be a great addition to any program or classroom. Furthermore, he talks about his interest in art, and specifically claymation, whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Daniel would benefit greatly from this program. He does not typically have anything to do during the summer, but very much wishes he could pursue his art during this time.
