My passion is aviation.
It was a few years ago when I had discovered that my future will be flying planes. I had been traveling on planes my whole life, but I didn't realize that I love it so much. When I was eleven years old when I got to fly my first airplane I was so excited. When I got in there my cousin was teaching me how to start it I was just so amazed of how a real plane looked from the inside. I could feel my eyeballs pop cause I was so amazed. The way I pulled the control wheel towards me so the plane can take off was just so amazing to me. I wanted to keep doing it all over and over I just couldn't leave I had fell in love with it. Ever since I got the chance to fly a plane is where I had decided that this is where I belong. I might not know a lot but this what I like and I'm whiling to spend my time learning about it because this is where I belong.
If I get the chance to attend California Airways AeroCamp it would be the best thing I could receive because it would just get me prepared for something I want to do. I will help me be just a step ahead. It will help me make sure that this is something I really want to do. Since I will be doing this over the summer it will help me get into the college I want to attend which is Embry Riddle. I know it will be a one week thing but this will help me make sure that this is what I want.
Erick is a great candidate for the California Airways AeroCamp because traveling, and specifically flying brings him a great deal of excitement. Whenever I ask Erick about his future goals he says that he is ready to graduate and pursue his passion of flying. In addition, many of his teachers also comment on how Erick is very patient and persistent in regards to his school work, and I know that he would put that same effort into being a part of the California Airways AeroCamp. Erick will benefit from participating in the California Airways AeroCamp by gaining real hands on experience that will help him gain a better understanding of what it takes to be a pilot, and make him one step closer to becoming a pilot one day.

I finally will get to experience how it will feel like to work under extreme pressure and learn how to manage an actual airplane.
