My passion is Soccer.
I discovered soccer because of my older brother who is probably one of the best soccer players I've seen. I saw him play and wanted to be like him. It wasn't till the age of 4 when I asked my dad if I could join a soccer team. He accepted, but instead of joining an existing team, decided to make his own team to coach, and put me in it as well. I played soccer and noticed that not only was it fun, but I also noticed that I had the potential to grow and be the best I always wanted to be.
Attending the Nike Soccer Camp will help me explore my passion because I will stay active with soccer and discover new things over the summer. I am excited to learn different techniques and skills from the head coaches of these great universities so that not only will I improve but that I can also see what college-level soccer is like. Participating in this camp will not only help me explore my passion by playing the sport, but it will help me interact with other people I haven't even met.

It isn't enough for him to be on just one team, he is someone who seeks out the opportunities to strengthen his skills in the sport that he loves. Jonathan craves receiving feedback and wants to be challenged because he understands how inherently important this is for his own growth.
Participating in the Nike Soccer Camp, will provide Jonathan with ample opportunities to hone in on his skills and learn from his fellow participants as well as top coaches. Jonathan has also expressed a desire to bring back the knowledge he will learn at the Nike Soccer Camp and share it with his teammates. While Jonathan is individually competitive, he also is someone who cares deeply about his teammates and is someone who takes the time to help others work on their skills."
Everyone deserves a shot at their dream - especially if they are willing to do what it takes to get there. I'm counting on you to prove that my donation was worth it.
