My passion is Game Design.
I discovered my passion for Game Design when I started playing video games. I was very curious to learn how the games were made. There were amazing graphics, art, and game mechanics that the developer implemented in their games. In addition, what got me interested in game design was a game called Undertale. This game had so many components and an amazing story; I was inspired to create my own story and create characters that would appear in my game. I am really interested in telling a story by making a game.
Attending IDTech camp in New York City will help me to pursue my passion for game design because they offer programming games with Coding languages that I can use in different game engines. This will help me in the future to create a game using what other game developers use. This will help me in the future because I will already be familiar with what the professionals use, and so that will give me an advantage for a career.
Christian is a GREAT candidate for iD Tech Camps New York. I've seen his passion for technology grow throughout the years that I've been fortunate enough to be his teacher. Christian is a kind and warmhearted student who constantly is assisting other students and teachers with technology questions. I've seen Chris helping out students with their academics as well. Participation in the iD Tech Camps New York will help Chris prepare for a career in the field that he loves - computer technology and game design. The program will grow his knowledge base and give him an opportunity to really delve into his passion.
