Becoming Independent

With Summer at Brown, I hope to gain a better feel of what campus life is like. Since I am the only one out of my friends who is applying to this program, I will not know anyone there. This means that I’ll be able to speak up and become more independent. I am very excited to participate in college classes and meet new people from around the world. Although going to this program by myself is completely out of my comfort zone, I am ready for the challenge. I hope to gain confidence and more knowledge as to what life on a college campus is all about.
